Inspired by the supposed immortal last words of artist Vincent van Gogh, meaning “sadness will last forever” A reflection on when the aspirations and potential from childhood become lost in the fog of adulthood.
Hailing from the rainy coastal town of
Haugesund in Norway, Sundrowned gives us Transcendental North Sea Black Metal recorded by Ørjan Kristoffersen Lund (NAG, Avast, Agenda). The artwork is drawned with coal by Norwegian artist
Bernhard Østebø.
Through this technique Bernhard retains an emotionally pure and almost
shapeless visual style that fits perfectly with the aesthetics of the
music.
