The fall of 2026 sees Beaten to Death returning with their 7th album, Vntrve.
They have yet again compiled a collection of songs. To widen their target audience, they spice things up with a few completely psychedelic tales of ponies, demons, computer games and the hilarity of metaldom.
16 years in, Beaten to Death are still trying to figure out how to play grindcore. Vntrve is a testament to how they keep failing at following a formula and adhering to rules. Which, come to think of it, was the point of grindcore to begin with, wasn’t it?
